Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Store Speed Doctor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Service Description

Store Speed Doctor is a Shopify app that audits your storefront's performance using Google PageSpeed Insights, identifies slow scripts and Lighthouse issues, and provides actionable recommendations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to scan stores you do not own or have permission to audit.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data beyond normal app usage.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the scanning infrastructure.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed through Shopify's Billing API as recurring monthly charges. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Shopify's partner billing policies.

5. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PERFORMANCE SCORES WILL IMPROVE AS A RESULT OF USING THE APP. AUDIT RESULTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
